Musashi was the first Japanese restaurant to combine three different disciplines of Japanese cuisine:

  • Teppan Yaki dining, where diners are treated to a meal cooked in front of them at their table

  • Traditional Japanese(Wa-Shoku) dining that includes specialties such as sukiyaki and tempura

  • Sushi prepared with the a variety of seafood with lightly season rice

Musashi strives to maintain the Japanese traditions that food should not only be delicious, but it should also be visually appealing and presented with friendly service.

At the dawning of Japan's great EDO period lived the world's greatest Samurai Warrior creator of the Nitoryu Style of swordsmanship and author of The Go Rinno SHO and The Book of 5 Rings. He is Miyamoto Musashi
